Thank you for your interest in becoming a Trustee and Board Member of Think Active.
In 2021, Think Active celebrated its independence as an independent charity after exiting its hosting arrangement with Coventry City Council.
Our priority is to get more inactive residents from Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire doing regular physical activity. Particularly encouraging those from more challenging backgrounds and from diverse communities to exercise regularly. We also aim to maximise and diversify our funding streams so we can offer more residents activity opportunities.
We are proud to have strong relationships with stakeholders such as Sport England and the voluntary and community sectors across Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire, Local Authorities, Education and Health providers.
Location: The Active Partnership and Charity cover Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire. HQ is Leamington Spa; Board meetings will be available in person and also virtually.
Term: 3 years
