Think Active operating during the coronavirus period (23/03/2020)

Most importantly we at Think Active hope that you, your friends and colleagues, your and your families are all well.

We are, like everyone, keeping up to date with the latest Government advice and as of last week the Think Active team are all working from home. The main focus of advocating the benefits of physical activity remain as, if not more important than ever in this difficult time.

Whilst many of the programmes and scheduled activity cannot take place as we had originally planned, we are remaining as fully operational and mirror Sport England’s note from yesterday to continue to work with partners, customers and deliverers to keep people active and to support the well being of the residents of Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire both now and moving forward.

In line with Government guidelines our priorities and working arrangements are under constant review. We consider attending meetings as non-essential travel and so we will not be attending meetings in person until notified otherwise. This is in line with the #stayathome message but we are available for those same meetings and discussions through video conferencing and conference calls.

Please continue to contact team members via mobile phone, by email or through the contact form on the website.
