Government Guidelines for outdoor physical activity during COVID-19:

  • Only go outside ONCE a day to participate in physical activity
  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home
  • Do not leave your home if you or someone you live with has either a high temperature OR a new, continuous cough
  • Only go outside with members of your household
  • Stay local to where you live and avoid places where it may be hard to follow the guidelines
